The V3-IRONfit class is based on Functional Fitness & Physical Conditioning. The importance of Functional Training is to strengthen and enhance one's ability to move well through their daily lives. The IRONfit resistance training will develop Muscle Strength, Muscle Endurance, Core Stability and Mobility for your everyday recreational and occupational activities. IRONfit Training teaches the body to be supportive and synchronize movement for the greatest efficiency.

The V3 IronFit Classes are an action-packed class that is consistently changing and evolving. Every workout contains 3 crucial components: Flexibility/Mobility, Cardio Endurance, Strength Training. We will utilize various workout movements and equipment from kettle bells, Olympic weights, sand bags, battle ropes, basic bag work, resistance bands, jump ropes, bag work using basic MMA/Kickboxing Techniques and much more!
